Gardner Homes Team

Matthew Gardner
Building has been part of Matthew’s life for the better part of 20 years. Early experience in every aspect of commercial and residential development and construction projects gave Matthew the direction to pursue a degree at Weber State and eventually start his own residential construction company. Building homes for families in Idaho provides a personal connection that Matthew enjoys most about his day. He takes family seriously- putting his own family first as well as participating in numerous charitable foundations that benefit families in Idaho. He makes leadership look easy at the helm of Gardner Homes; whether it’s in our conference room or white water rafting as a team down the Payette River!

Daniel Foutz
Dan has managed over $130 million in construction projects in a broad spectrum of industries including commercial and institutional clients across the western US, and over 300 residential homes in the Boise metro area. He has created numerous award-winning floor plans and does spreadsheets in his sleep. But is he better known for his jokes, movie reviews, or delicious food he cooks for his wife and 5 kids? He also enjoys giving back to the community such as coaching volleyball or taking youth groups camping and is currently serving his 4th year on the BCASWI Board of Directors.

Bill Bridge
With a degree in Economics from the University of Utah, Bill oversees the finances on all construction activities, manages working relationships with our business partners, as well as directing human resources for our team. The only thing he loves more than financials is finding adventures in the beautiful Idaho outdoors with his wife and three daughters. If there’s a mountain to climb (literally or figuratively) - Bill is biking, hiking, or hunting on it. And, if he’s not on the mountain, he’s floating down one of Idaho’s gorgeous rivers!

Christy Mower
Arranging furniture, pouring over paint colors, and sketching the perfect room started when Christy was old enough to push furniture across the room. Her passion for design was officially ignited during her first college internship for a space planning/architecture firm back east. Now with more years in design than she would care to admit and a few design awards under her belt, she's been transforming spaces ever since.

Chaz Johnson
Chaz got his start in construction digging trench during high school summers. Since being trained as a finish carpenter he has forever been drawn to construction, even while earning his degree in Finance at Boise State. He loves the challenges that building constantly provides. Having grown up in Meridian, he is rewarded with being part of an adept team providing homes for others to take advantage of what the Treasure Valley has to offer.

Casey Pack
Casey watched the world of construction as a young kid riding along with his dad in a work truck. With that kind of apprenticeship, you could say that building is in his DNA. It didn’t take long before he was swinging a hammer to build homes and eventually managing several residential construction projects. When we say Casey is “native to Idaho” we’re talking a SEVENTH generation Idahoan! He’s from a long line of fathers who worked the land, built their homesteads, and raised good families. We consider ourselves fortunate that Casey has joined the Gardner Homes team “building communities” where his roots are deep…Idaho Falls!
